The telephone system within your room allows you personal contact with family and friends. Outgoing calls are charged at standard BT rates plus 76.2% but there is no line rental charge. The costs will be invoiced to you at the end of each month. A phone is provided in each bedroom, and if necessary, the use of this phone can be controlled by the Reception after consultation with the nursing staff. Mobile telephones may be used, but clients are requested not to make or receive calls in public places. Their safekeeping and recharging are the full responsibility of the client.
Mobile phones can be used within the Intermediate Care rooms.
